Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist/Switchboard Operator in Stellenbosch

Join the luxury team at Delaire, situated in the beautiful Stellenbosch, Western Cape. They are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Switchboard Operator who will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while managing communications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to Delaire Graff Estate with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Manage the switchboard system, handling all incoming calls and referring them to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
  • Provide assistance to callers by addressing their inquiries and directing them to the right department.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of the establishment.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or switchboard operator role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an ability to handle calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Professionalism: A welcoming demeanor and the ability to represent the company’s values and standards.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm demeanor.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
