A leading company, Phoenix Recruitment, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Duty Manager: Housekeeping. This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee the Housekeeping Division in the scenic location of Hoedspruit, Limpopo.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the running of the Housekeeping Division, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the lodge and staff laundry facilities.
- Oversee the Housekeeping budget, including purchasing and cost control.
- Effectively manage and lead the Housekeeping Team to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Implement training and development programs for staff to recognize and reward great performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping.
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or management preferred.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
