Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to passengers and crew members in accordance with maritime regulations.
- Maintain and manage medical documentation and ensure proper inventory of medical supplies.
- Assist in the organization and transportation of patients requiring further medical attention.
- Conduct routine health checks and participate in emergency drills.
- Educate crew members on first aid and health protocols to ensure safety onboard.
Requirements
- Qualification: Valid national registration or certification as a Paramedic.
- Experience: Previous experience in emergency and pre-hospital care preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the role onboard.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
