Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full Occupational Health & Safety compliance across all company sites and CMT suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to Bargaining Council regulations and Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to implement safety standards and promote a safety-first culture.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Develop and deliver health and safety training sessions for employees.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant safety diplomas or certifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar compliance-focused role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
