Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) in a mining environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in all maintenance operations.
- Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance on TMM procedures and practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of TMM to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate with management to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in TMM maintenance within a mining environment.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Certification: Foreman Certificate of Competency is advantageous or required depending on operations.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on safety practices.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R26,000 – R28,000 per month.
