A leading company, Executech, is on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join their team for a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement mechanical systems for data centres, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of mechanical systems with electrical and IT infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports to support engineering decisions.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry standards and practices.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to manage procurement processes and technical evaluations.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Mechanical Engineering and professionally registered with ECSA.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mechanical engineering, ideally within data centres or similar high-tech facilities.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and strong analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems, piping, and general mechanical design principles.

Estimated Salary: R45,000 – R65,000 per month.
