Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous monitoring and routine maintenance of CRM systems, including backup and upgrades.
- Install and configure service packs, patches, and hot fixes.
- Resolve faults and restore services promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Escalate issues to Level 2 support when necessary and provide thorough documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements
