Exciting Opportunity: Secretarial / Administrative Assistant in Johannesburg

A leading company, Immer Property Management, is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Secretarial / Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, and suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Perform general office tasks including data entry, preparation of reports, and record keeping.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,700 per month.
