Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and major clients within the OEM Training Academy.
- Develop and implement strategies for account growth and maximization of sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust the strategy effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and services to clients.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in account management or client services within the automotive sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Expectations: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong command of relationship management.
💰 Salary Insight
