Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems in an industrial environment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop corrective actions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute maintenance plans that promote reliability.
- Prepare detailed reliability reports and communicate results with management.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices to ensure optimal performance of assets.
Requirements
- Qualification: Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role.
- Skills: Proficient in reliability analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
