Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing any project concerns as they arise.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs and reports.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant engineering degree or diploma in installation or construction management.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the installation engineering sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local safety regulations and installation best practices.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
