Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging lectures and coordinate lesson plans for the Intermediate Phase curriculum.
- Collaborate with Academic Development Consultants to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Coordinate and run lecturer forums and faculty meetings to foster professional development.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing support and guidance as necessary.
- Contribute to course development and curriculum design in alignment with educational standards.
- Engage with parents and stakeholders to ensure a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience in the Intermediate Phase is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with a passion for education.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
