Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the director, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the director.
- Manage communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to NGO activities.
- Support the planning and execution of workshops and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum of a diploma in administration or related field.
