Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) Plan to ensure the smooth operational functioning of hotel facilities.
- Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring each member is trained and equipped to manage repairs and upkeep efficiently.
- Monitor and manage the hotel’s inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate repair work with contractors and suppliers, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, forecasting future costs related to repairs and replacements.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant technical or engineering diploma or degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in maintenance management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of effective management of maintenance teams and operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
