Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues that may affect timelines or budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil construction supervision or foreman roles.

💰 Salary Insight
