Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful campaign execution and optimize performance.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of account management or client services experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with project management capabilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
