Exciting Opportunity: Senior Administrative Officer in Johannesburg

A leading company, Talent Acquisition Consulting, is seeking an organized and proactive Senior Administrative Officer to provide executive-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and CFO to ensure smooth operations of the executive office.
  • Organize and manage schedules, prioritizing tasks and appointments effectively for the executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office organization and administration, ensuring high levels of efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R35,000 per month.
