Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on training effectiveness and participant feedback.
- Facilitate clear communication among participants to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in training or educational development, preferably in a corporate or school setting.
- Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
