Exciting Opportunity: Office Manager in Johannesburg

A well-established organisation, First Point Group, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This is a prime opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a dynamic Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resource Manager to streamline office processes.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to promote a positive working environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, maintaining satisfactory stock levels.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidates’ schedules.
  • Organize office events and team-building activities to enhance team morale.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in office management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, along with strong communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and electronic management systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
