Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office area, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document management as required.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a receptionist or administrative role.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R12,000 per month.
