Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Document maintenance activities and report findings to management for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance work.
Requirements
- Qualification: N3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
