Exciting Opportunity: Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Cape Town

A leading company in the hospitality sector, Kendrick Recruitment, is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a great chance to take your career in marketing to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives and promotional activities to maximize revenue generation for the hotel.
  • Assist in organizing events and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing hotel occupancy and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and activities.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Other: Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
