Key Responsibilities
- Provide connectivity to various network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls, as directed by the Remote Support Team.
- Perform physical access verification and reporting, including checks on LED status, link status, alarms, and fan/power status, ensuring the overall health of network equipment.
- Conduct thorough assessments of cabling conditions to maintain optimal network performance.
- Assist the Remote Support Team in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of network device statuses, ensuring timely updates are communicated to the necessary stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
- Experience: Previous hands-on experience with networking equipment and network structure.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
