Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Oversee the scheduling and training of housekeeping staff, ensuring team members are well-equipped to perform their duties.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within housekeeping, with a thorough understanding of cleaning systems and procedures.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating a team and maintaining morale.
- Qualifications: Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management will be an advantage.
