Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service by attending to diner needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, food presentation, and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences.
- Set up, clear, and service dining tables to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with event planning and catering services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or butler in a luxury environment is essential.
