Exciting Opportunity: Branch Administrative Assistant in the Automotive Parts Sales Industry

A leading company, Techbridge Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Branch Administrative Assistant in the vibrant Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. If you have a flair for organization and a passion for the automotive industry, this is an excellent chance to join a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and management.
  • Manage and maintain office documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order when necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist with reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric qualification with a minimum of Maths Literacy.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar administrative role, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
