Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist / Filing Clerk in Milnerton, Cape Town

A leading company, JG Electronics, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist / Filing Clerk (Admin Assistant). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure and can effectively manage front-desk responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all front-desk activities, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Assist with filing and maintaining accurate records for better organizational workflow.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations, maintaining scheduling and appointments.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office management tools and computer applications.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: Estimated R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
