Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service and repair hub to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Implement and monitor service standards and systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and manage escalations to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree in Business Management or similar field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer service management or repair operations, preferably in retail.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with repair services and customer service software.

💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R25,000 – R30,000 per month.
