Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive support to the Owner, including managing schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in operational tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
- Support long-term team alignment by facilitating clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant administrative or assistant qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a personal or executive assistant role.

💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R20,000 – R22,000 per month.
