Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal

A leading company in recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join their team in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive support to the Owner while contributing to the long-term alignment of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct executive support to the Owner, including managing schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in operational tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
  • Support long-term team alignment by facilitating clear communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative or assistant qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a personal or executive assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R20,000 – R22,000 per month.
