Exciting Opportunity: Payroll Administrator in Pretoria

A leading insurance company based in Pretoria, Gauteng is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded team, focusing on delivering precise payroll services while adhering to legal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Review payroll changes and adjustments, including taxes, benefits, and deductions in accordance with policy.
  • Conduct audits of payroll systems to adhere to compliance standards and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and timely submission of all payroll-related taxes and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll issues or discrepancies, ensuring a smooth resolution process.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Payroll or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of South African payroll legislation and tax regulations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
