Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career? West Coast Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary / HR Consultant. This is a fantastic chance to join a leading company in Durbanville, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all HR employee files and records.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence and documentation, including contracts and policy updates.
  • Maintain and update employee HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage staff schedules, leaves, and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or HR environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software. Strong communication abilities are essential.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and excellent organizational skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
