Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line desktop support via chat and assist users with various technical issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Intune processes, ensuring smooth operations for client devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, improving overall functionality.
- Document and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all technical problems are addressed efficiently.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT certification or degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role preferred.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and common software applications.
💰 Salary Insight
