• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with all candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide regular updates and insights on the recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in the IT sector.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; expertise in using recruitment tools and software.
