Key Responsibilities
- Manage the IT infrastructure of the game reserve, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to staff and guests.
- Implement and maintain security protocols for the network to protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide efficient solutions.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely upgrades and replacements as needed.
Requirements
