Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise and support a team of housekeepers, providing training and guidance as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a housekeeping or supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
