Exciting Opportunity: HR Administrator in Claremont

A leading company, Key Recruitment Group, is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Human Resources function in a dynamic environment in Claremont, South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across all HR functions.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support probation tracking for new employees and conduct performance reviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing documents and ensuring compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant HR qualification or degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R7,000 – R8,000 per month.
