Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for executives, providing timely support in a fast-paced setting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members and executives, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Software Proficiency: Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
