A leading company in the Iron & Steel Manufacturing industry, The Recruitment Guy is seeking two dedicated Shift Electricians to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on electrical systems to ensure optimal production efficiency in a heavy industrial environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime during operating shifts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement electrical projects in adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and report on electrical system performance metrics.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant electrical trade certification or similar qualification is essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, preferably in iron and steel.
- Skills: Proficiency in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of heavy industrial machinery.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
