Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory records accurately, tracking stock levels and reordering supplies as necessary.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and comprehensive documentation of orders.
- Assist in the logistics of stock handling, ensuring all items are accounted for and organized efficiently.
- Provide support to the management team by preparing reports related to stock movements and administrative operations.
- Act as a point of contact for stock inquiries, addressing issues and providing timely responses to team members.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent; relevant tertiary education in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or stock management role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Attributes: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
