Exciting Opportunity: Bookkeeping & Administrative Officer in Gauteng

A leading company is currently seeking a dedicated Bookkeeping & Administrative Officer. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate administrative and HR records to ensure compliance.
  • Manage filing systems and prepare meeting minutes efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and provide logistical support.
  • Offer confidential administrative support to senior management.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless operational support.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma in Bookkeeping or Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a bookkeeping or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 – R13,000 per month.
