Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with content creators, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new creators, providing them with the necessary tools and training.
- Continuously assess creators’ performance while offering strategic advice to optimize their content and presence.
- Coordinate efforts between the creator community and internal teams, including marketing and product development.
- Provide mental health and wellness benefits, including therapy sessions, to support creators emotionally and professionally.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in account management or client relations, ideally within the tech or creative sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically about creator engagement.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
