Key Responsibilities
- Utilize OpenSource Intelligent, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify new talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
