A leading company, BLUPOOL, is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to assist with planning and office coordination to ensure projects run efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role offers a fantastic chance to enhance your project management skills in a dynamic environment located in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Coordinate daily operations, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor expenses to keep projects within financial limits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and facilitate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and plans.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a project coordination role within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
