Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored care plans based on individual needs.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatment as per physician orders.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide patient education regarding health management and disease prevention.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.
- Experience: Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Technologist.
- Certification: Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
- Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
