Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of all repairs.
- Suggest improvements to maintenance processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric with a recognized Millwright apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills: Proficient in electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulics, and mechanical repairs.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
