Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support with a strong focus on implementing People & Culture strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to analyze workforce needs and develop solutions that drive performance.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a high-performance culture.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career progression.
- Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a strategic HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation in South Africa.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R45,000 – R65,000 per month.
