A leading company, Stefanutti Stocks, is currently seeking a dedicated Junior User Support Technician. This is an excellent chance to be part of a growing team in Johannesburg, Gauteng – East Rand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to internal users and resolve any hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with technical problems and guide them in the use of the company’s IT systems.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals.
- Participate in the onboarding process to ensure new users are properly set up with their IT needs.
Requirements
- Qualification: IT-related diploma or degree preferred.
- Experience: Basic understanding of computer systems and networks, ideally with prior experience in technical support.
- Skills: Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
