Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage civil and structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams while ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions that enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare project specifications, reports, and documentation, ensuring all engineering works are adequately documented and communicated.
Requirements
- Qualification: Registered Professional Engineer with a relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of six years of appropriate post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills with proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000).
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of South African engineering codes and regulations.

Estimated Salary: R45,000 – R65,000 per month.
