Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight, review, and approval of civil design projects, ensuring compliance with geotechnical, drainage, and earthworks standards.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to develop, calculate, and finalize structural designs that meet client specifications.
- Monitor site activities, ensuring that engineering standards are adhered to and that projects remain on schedule.
- Conduct inspections and evaluations of existing structures and systems to recommend improvements or repairs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering with a focus on design.
- Skills: Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SAP2000.
- License: Professional Engineer (PrEng) designation is an asset.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
