Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to both operations and service teams to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate scheduling for team meetings and assist with the management of incoming calls, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage overall office administration and support ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintenance of office supplies for smooth ongoing operations.

Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate; relevant administration qualification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative role or similar capacity.
