Exciting Opportunity: Administrative Assistant in Cape Town

A leading company in the administrative sector, Persona Staff, is on the lookout for a committed Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent chance to contribute to a thriving team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to both operations and service teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate scheduling for team meetings and assist with the management of incoming calls, ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage overall office administration and support ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintenance of office supplies for smooth ongoing operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company professionally.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric certificate; relevant administration qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
